IF RIP DOES NOT RESPOND ON GUIDENESS OF HOW TO TAKE AWAY CHARGES THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE PAID AS A POSSIBILITY OF UNESSCARY TREATMENT, OR LACK OF TREATMENT, THEN THEY ARE NO DIFFERENT THAN ANY COLLECTION AGENCY. AS BASICALLY, ALL COLLECTIONS AGEANCY DO THE SAME, THEY BUY BAD DEPTS AT A LOW COST, AND GO AFTER THE PEOPLE

You may look at those medical debt , but what about those who filed bankruptcy more than 5 times and managed to become a billionaire does anyone think something is wrong there.

I truly hope this agency will be more willing to help erase medical debt from cancer / other terminal illnesses rather than multiple ER visits for Non ER reasons such as ear aches, headaches, heartburn, splinters, etc

I asked this Agency for help not financially because I refuse to pay the bill for services I did not receive. I asked for their guidance on how since I refuse to pay the bill for services I did not receive. I even wrote to the insurance commission but in the meantime they threw the debt that they think I owe and to the credit bureau and smeared my credit. Since then on another post there has been other people coming out with the same, being treated for Unnecessary Medical treatment. And this should be looked into, as this is a practice that is causing our health insurance to be unnecessarily expensive. There's too many people dying because they cannot afford insurance. And one of the ways that this can stop if this agency that are helping people can guide us on how to stop medical facilities for charging for service that was not needed. I'll give you an example of what happened to me. I have Meniere's disease and there's times to where it throws me into vertigo. I had a pretty serious attack and when it happens it does take my blood pressure down. Went to the hospital lay there for hours until finally seen. The doctor told me when I asked for car sickness medication to treat the dizziness that it wasn't vertigo that it was not Meniere's disease I was getting ready to have a heart attack. To begin with you cannot detect Meniere's Disease by just looking in your ear. They did give me an IV which is any of $4 bag. But he left me again for hours and I went into a vertigo attack so violent that I vomited and had diarrhea for 2 hours and still no medication. I pulled the IV out of my arm and decide to leave the hospital to go elsewhere cuz clearly I was not getting the proper treatment. Well because of my weak condition I did not make it too far and I was rushed back to the hospital again. This time they made fun of me and they called me the runner and left me in the hallway for 8 hours. Once again I got up and I left because of no treatment. I got a $2,000 bill for our lousy $4 IV bag. And I refuse to pay for services I've never received

How wonderful
